ในหนังเรื่องนี้ มีอยู่ตอนนึงที่มิสเตอร์ Keating (Oh Captian, my captian) พานักเรียนชั้นปีที่หนึ่งไปเพ่งมองดูภาพถ่ายที่ผนัง Hall of fame ของโรงเรียน พร้อมกับแบบกระซิบกระซาบทำเสียงล้อเลียนให้ดูราวกับว่าเสียงนั้นเป็นเสียงของเหล่าบรรดาศิษย์เก่าในภาพถ่ายที่ล่วงลับไปแล้ว -- "carpe diem" -- วลีดังกล่าวนั้นมีนัยสำคัญอะไร ลองอ่านที่มาเต็มๆ กันดูนะครับ เขียนภาษาละติน (ที่มา) กับคำแปลภาษาอังกฤษให้ฟังบทต่อบท ไว้ว่างๆ จะมาแปลเป็นภาษาไทยให้นะครับ สำหรับน้องๆ บางคนที่ภาษาอังกฤษยังไม่แข็งแรงหรือขี้เกียจแปล
